Where is my invoice?
After we quote your enquiry, we email a Shopify invoice link. It comes from noreply@brownsugarandmore.com with the subject "Your wholesale invoice WH-… is ready". Check your spam or promotions folder if you can't see it.
The invoice link won't open
Copy the full URL from the email body and paste it into a new browser tab. Shopify invoice links are long — some email clients truncate them if you click through a preview pane.
How do I pay?
The invoice link opens a secure Shopify checkout. You can pay by credit card, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. Bank transfer? Reply to the invoice email and we'll send account details.
I need to change quantities or items
No problem. Reply to the invoice email quoting your WH- reference and we'll issue a revised invoice.
